It felt like it had been a long time coming for Christa and D's wedding day. After spending time shooting their engagement photos, Christa's shower, and then finally the big day, these two felt more like family members then clients, and I was really excited to get to work on these photos for them. From Christa's beautiful grey-toned wedding gown and tennis-shoed groomsmen, to the food trucks for dinner service, it was a refreshingly unique wedding that I had the honor to be a part of.
Armstrong Farms is always a beautiful venue, and we lucked out with the weather holding off enough to get our first look and family photos done earlier in the day. The ceremony moved inside, and unlike many venues that have a backup indoor ceremony space, this one was the most intimate and attractive to any I've been.
I hope you enjoy the sneak peek as much as I enjoyed working with you both!

The ceremony was held at St. Vincent's Basilica in Latrobe, PA, with a reception in the Urban Room of the William Penn Omni Hotel. Liz and Frank made some beautiful choices on venues and detail, and even included a live band for their entertainment. We hope you enjoy the sneak peek-I love how these turned out!!

Audrey and Josh celebrated their wedding recently with a beautiful ceremony at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Brady's Bend, followed by a reception at the Sugarcreek Township Firehall. It was an emotional day for many in attendance, with a great love story to go with it; Audrey and Josh used to play together as little kids, and met up again as adults by chance. It was a great pleasure to work with you both, Audrey and Josh!

Couldn't be more excited to share these photos from Lindsey and Todd's big day! The ceremony and reception was held at the Longvue Club-a beautiful hidden gem in Verona, PA where I'm glad I got the opportunity to shoot at. A special thanks to Alyssa for capturing some wonderful shots all day too! We hope you enjoy the sneak peek Lindsey and Todd-it was a pleasure working with you!

We couldn't have enjoyed our work more with Olivia and Josh at their gorgeous NYE wedding...the venue was stunning, the theme was awesome, and Olivia and Josh were a joy to work with, and just all around great people. We traveled to Stambaugh Auditorium in Youngstown, OH to ring in the new year, and this wedding didn't disappoint. Complete with late night appetizers and a sparkler send off (plus some fireworks in the distance) this was a well orchestrated day with everyone involved. Thank you for including us in your special day and ending our 2015 wedding season on such a high note! Best wishes-enjoy your sneak peek!
Thank you for including us in your day-we had a wonderful time with you both and wish you much joy and happiness! Enjoy this sneak peek!

Thank you both for including us in your special day. It was a joy to work with you-I hope you enjoy the sneak peek!
We started the day with Ashley prepping at the North Side's Parador Inn and the guys getting ready at home, then headed to Smithfield United Church of Christ for the ceremony. We made a few stops around Pittsburgh for bridal party photos then finished the evening at the Aviary.
Ashley and Sean-you both were an absolute pleasure to work with- I hope you love these photos as much as I do!
The day finally arrived for Francesca and Brandon, and it couldn't have been more perfect! Adam and I started the day at the Sheraton at Station Square for some prep photos, then shot the ceremony at Phipp's Conservatory's Broderie Room. After hitting some spots around the city for portraits, we made our way to the LeMont for the reception to conclude the evening. We couldn't have had a better time with you guys! Thanks for including us in your day-here are some of my favorites!

Adam and I had the pleasure of shooting Rachel and Jason's big day-it was another rainy Saturday, but luckily the weather managed to clear between the ceremony and reception, so we stopped off at Mammoth Park in Mt. Pleasant for some outdoor shots. We ended the evening with the reception at Bell's Banquets, and enjoyed many delicious cookies from their beautiful cookie table on our trip home!!! Thank you for including us in your wonderful day, Rachel and Jason! Enjoy the preview!

Congratulations to Andrew and Ashley, who had a beautiful wedding at Epiphany Catholic Church, and ended their big day with an amazing reception at Pittsburgh's Grand Hall Priory. Alyssa and I started shooting with the bridal party separately at the Marriott City Center, and conveniently were able to walk right over to the ceremony.
We stopped off in Oakland for Mellon Institute photos, as well as some around Heinz Chapel, then concluded our evening on a jam-packed dance floor at the Priory. We hope you enjoy the sneak peek! Many more to follow!

A few weeks ago, Adam and I had the pleasure of shooting Sara and Dave's beautiful autumn wedding. The ceremony was held at Hope Lutheran Church in Cranberry Township, with a reception following at The Atrium in Prospect, PA. This was our first time shooting at The Atrium but hopefully won't be our last; the venue was perfect, and the uplighting and music provided by Red Hot Chameleon Entertainment was top notch. We also shot some gorgeous photos in Moraine State Park following the ceremony, and captured some night portraits on the Atrium's grounds. We hope you enjoy the sneak peek-I couldn't wait to show these off!

One of the most interesting things about shooting weddings is recalling the most memorable detail from the day. Sometimes it's an over-the-top cookie table, or a stunning cake. This wedding, hands down, had the best bridal party gift of all-custom Converse! Everyone seemed so comfortable and relaxed throughout the day, and it made for some fun, dynamic photography. The Point gave us some great photo ops as well. We had such a great time working with you guys and your wedding party-all the best!

Adam and I had the pleasure of shooting Susan and Lee's wedding-although not quite summer yet- I consider this our first of many this summer wedding season. A beautiful ceremony in Elizabeth, PA with the reception following at the Greensburg Country Club. We stopped off at Seton Hill's campus for some additional photos too. Hope you both enjoy, best wishes!!

A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of shooting Jenny and Davy's wedding at the Lone Pine Country Club in Washington, PA. Although it rained non-stop and we weren't able to get outside for photos, there were so many wonderful candid shots that David and I were excited to capture. We wish you both the best and hope you enjoy the sneak peek!

Saturday we had the pleasure of shooting Bree and Rob's wedding at the Rennaissance Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh. There were so many fantastic pictures, it was hard to choose which ones to highlight. Hope this serves as an exciting sneak peek for the couple, family and friends. Congratulations, Bree and Rob!
Bree and the girls got ready in the suite:
Bridesmaids received a Swarovski crystal bracelet as a gift:
The groom and fellas waited.
The wedding was on the staircase in the breathtaking Rennaissance lobby:
Overcast conditions made for great photos outside of the Rennaissance:
Some new editting tools for making photos look cinematic...these are two of my favorites...
Sometimes after learning about the couple, I get little snapshots in my head that, if I'm lucky, can come to fruition....like the photo below.
